I'm having trouble entering the discount code, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulty. Just follow these simple steps to enter a discount code correctly:

1. Once your order has been added to your basket, you will be directed to a new page where you will fill out your shipping and billing information. On this page there is a box to the right for discount codes:

 

 

2. In the blank box, enter the discount code that you have received and click “Apply”.

 

 

3. Your discount code should be applied instantly and reflected in your “Total”.
