What happens if I'm not in when my delivery arrives?

If you are not in when your order arrives, the courier will either:

- Place your package in a designated 'safe place', and post a note through your door describing the exact location

- Leave a note in your letterbox to let you know that they tried to deliver your parcel and left it with your neighbor.

- Leave a note to let you know that they tried to deliver your parcel and that it is now being held at your local depot. Please use your tracking details to arrange a redelivery. Your parcel will be held for approximately two weeks before it is sent back to us.
