Terms and conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this raffle is Mrs Wordsmith Group Limited, located at West Woodhay, Newbury, Berkshire, England.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Mrs Wordsmith Group Limited and anyone professionally connected with the raffle are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• No purchase necessary.
• To enter, visit the Mrs Wordsmith booth at MCM Comic Con London between 23rd May 2025 and 25th May 2025 and complete the entry form.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prizes

• Grand Prize (1 Winner): A voucher equivalent to the retail value of a Nintendo Switch 2, plus the Mrs Wordsmith Ultimate Bundle, including the Family Game Bundle and 3 months' access to Word Tag & Readiculous game apps.
• Silver Prize (2 Winners): A £100 LEGO Gift Card, plus the Mrs Wordsmith Ultimate Bundle, including the Family Game Bundle and 3 months' access to Word Tag & Readiculous apps.
• Bonus Prize (All Participants): All entrants will receive access to an online scratch card immediately after completing the entry form. This card reveals a mystery reward, determined solely by Mrs Wordsmith Group Limited. The promoter reserves the right to define, modify, or substitute the mystery gift at its discretion. No cash alternative will be offered.

Please note: The Grand Prize is a voucher of equivalent value—not the physical Nintendo Switch 2 console.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the event.
• The draw will take place on 30th May 2025.
• Winners will be notified via the contact details provided within 7 days of the draw.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Prize Delivery

• Prizes will be dispatched to winners within 28 days of confirmation.
• Mrs Wordsmith Group Limited is not responsible for delays or delivery issues after dispatch.

7. General

• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• Mrs Wordsmith Group Limited reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value without notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, cancel the raffle, or resolve disputes at its sole discretion.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and in accordance with Mrs Wordsmith Group Limited's Privacy Policy.
• Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
