Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Yes, you can. We understand that sometimes minds change (though we do think you'll love your Mrs Wordsmith resources!) If you wish to cancel or return your item, please message us as soon as possible at info@mrswordsmith.com.

If your order has already been shipped, we'll be happy to process a return and refund and get it sorted as quickly as possible. Once we've received the returned product, in the same conditions as it was delivered, your refund will be processed and should then take 5-10 working days to clear.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide free shipping return labels, or refund printables if they have already been downloaded.
