EXHILARATING vocabulary rollercoaster!

This! Book! Is! My! Favourite! Look out for the bit where I turn into a giant Bearzilla and cause HAVOC all over town! Oooh or the bit where I go to work in a DREARY teddy bear factory. Oh wait no, no, definitely skip straight to the bit where I become INSATIABLE and eat 1007 sardines.

Highly recommend!! I bought this last year and I use it as the basis of my vocabulary lessons. I find it very beneficial, the kids enjoy the images and I get reports from parents of the students using the words in conversation at home!

I just bought book one and two last week (one for my grade 4 class Victoria, Australia and 1 for my own mr6 and miss4). SOOOO good, miss4 is so engaged in using the words. The comments saying that they’re too hard for little kids; if you can explain the meaning and they understand, they’re ready to be exposed to the word. Tonight we talked about ‘colossal’ and ‘scorched’.

We have one for each of my older children. They love expanding their vocabulary and creating their own sentences using the word of the day. 100% recommend them.

I can highly recommend this book. Well worth the money. I have a Primary Two class, and their vocabulary has improved so much as a direct result of using this book.
