Located right in the heart of Westfield White City, London, our kiosk has quickly become a hub of fun and inspiration. Visitors can experience live artist sessions, where talented illustrators sketch guests and our beloved Mrs Wordsmith characters right before your eyes. There’s nothing quite like seeing yourself transformed into one of our word-loving heroes and getting to take home your own illustrated keepsake.

Keep an eye out for Oz, our wise and witty leading lady. She often makes special appearances, meeting fans, sharing smiles, and bringing a touch of magic wherever she goes. When Oz arrives, the kiosk truly comes to life.
