1. My email address isn't being recognised
Please double-check if you've used a different email address to sign up, such as a work or secondary email address. If this doesn't fix the problem, please do get in touch and we will help. Link to "Contact us" section
2. I can’t remember my username/password
Not to worry! Request a password reset email and we’ll have you logged in soon. If the email doesn’t make it to your inbox we’d suggest checking your Spam or Junk Mail folder, in case it has ended up in there. (Adding our email addresses to your Contacts or Safe Senders list can help prevent this from happening in the future.) Please go to My Account > Change Password Link to "My Account" section
You can update your email address from My Account page. You can find this page by clicking your name in the top right hand corner of our website and selecting Your details from the drop down menu. Just enter your new email address and hit Update your details. All done! Link to My Account section

At the bottom of each email we send you, you should find a link to unsubscribe from further emails.You can also unsubscribe at any time from your email preferences page. You can find this page by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner of our website, and choosing emails from the drop down menu. You can choose what kind of emails you receive and what you unsubscribe from by ticking or un-ticking the relevant boxes, and then clicking Save changes.
