I've sent back my order - when can I expect a refund?

When we can confirm receipt of the product return in the same condition that it was delivered, we will start processing the refund. You will be refunded the full amount of the original purchase, paid into the account that you used to make the purchase, within 5 - 7 business days for us confirming we have received it. If you have any delivery tracking information from your courier for your return then please feel free to share it with us at info@mrswordsmith.com so we can keep an eye on your return too!
